WATOTO is a holistic church based child caring programme rescuing thousands
of parentless Ugandan children and providing a home, food, clothing, education, medical and spiritual care for each of their children and widows. It is based on providing a family care rather than an institutional care.

Ken and Sue Matthews returned from Uganda last year to their home – the Forest of Dean – and have an inside view of this excellent model of childcare in Africa - ‘They rescue... raise... and rebuild thousands of broken lives’.

Each morning on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th, Watoto performed mini concerts
in schools and local halls. Each evening which included Wednesday and Saturday, public concerts were held, entertaining and educating over 1300 people.
